Aluminium bronze is primarily composed of copper with aluminum as the main alloying element, typically ranging from 5% to 12%, along with small additions of iron, nickel, or manganese to enhance strength and wear resistance. This alloy offers high tensile strength, excellent hardness, and outstanding resistance to corrosion, especially in marine and chemical environments. Aluminium bronze sheets and plates maintain good ductility, impact resistance, and fatigue strength, performing reliably under heavy loads and moderate to high temperatures.

Aluminium bronze sheets and plates are widely used in industries requiring superior corrosion resistance and mechanical strength. They are commonly applied in marine components such as ship hull fittings, propeller parts, and offshore structures due to their resistance to seawater corrosion. In the oil and gas industry, they are used for pump components, valves, and heat exchangers. Aluminium bronze is also suitable for chemical processing equipment, power generation components, and heavy engineering applications where durability, wear resistance, and long service life are essential.
