Copper Nickel 70/30 tubing is composed of approximately 70% copper and 30% nickel, with small additions of iron and manganese to enhance strength and corrosion resistance. This alloy offers superior resistance to seawater corrosion, erosion, and high-velocity flow compared to 90/10 grades. It provides higher tensile strength, excellent ductility, and outstanding toughness. Copper nickel 70/30 tubes maintain mechanical stability at elevated temperatures and pressures, making them suitable for heavy-duty marine and industrial service.
