Duplex Steel S31803 is a chromium-nickel-molybdenum alloy featuring a balanced austenitic and ferritic microstructure. It typically contains about 22% chromium, 5–6% nickel, 3% molybdenum, and nitrogen, providing high tensile and yield strength. This alloy offers excellent resistance to stress corrosion cracking, pitting, and crevice corrosion.
